Maybe you're right I can't find the data. I assumed that the averages over every 30 year period were higher than 4%, even from 1920 to 1950 hitting the US depression for example.

Are you sure it depends on which 30 years? I'm curious to know because I'm not 100% sure in what I'm saying about this.
