Well, all people, I think experience that sort of "dismissal" or "surrender" from working out your desired lifestyle. Most of it are just caused of frustrations about your expectations in life.

Here's what I do. I always recollect all my goals from the past like when I was just a kid and see if I did something I could have done before so that it could boost my drive to do more. Also, I more likely to adapt a positive living and jollier socializing to lighten up you days.

Be careful with your current state now since it might draw you to self-destruction.
