It is not a diet thing but a lifestyle change
Hi, it is interesting to read the above posts, unfortunately it seems that the general consensis here is cynacism regarding the Gabriel Method, some things work for some people and for others it doesn't, and you cannot accurately comment on something after you have tried it.
Although I have just started the method myself, and almost finished the book, a year down the track would be the best time for me to make this comment however I couldn't help myself.
There is much in it that I have already known ie, reduce the toxins going into your body, suppliment what you can't get out of your food, drink more water, reduce stress ( in my words). I was never able to stick to a diet, this did not suit me, finding out more about how my mind and body works does.
So far i am feeling better about myself, more positive about life, realising that my body has been starving for nutrients that the food i have been intaking hasn't been able to provide and increasing my water intake and reconsidering what I am putting in and on my body.
1 week down and 1 kg down...
I don't care if it is my mind, as that is where I know that it needs to occur.
I needs to look at my emotional inner self, and with knowledge comes understanding.
What i say is, if you are interested, do not take what others say and follow your heart, if dieting does not work for you and it is a constant struggle,
why not consider something else, have a paradigm shift, start loving who you are and your body will be respond by asking for what it really needs.
I woke up with a headache this morning, and I know that it was my body saying hey you dizt, not enough water yesterday... get with the program.
Not sure if this makes any sense... but thats my say.
