The Mind Adventures of Mr ALG - 06 October 2008
Every day (or as close to that as I can manage), I will post one of my little mind adventures on this forum.
This morning at work, I have (just) spent 2.5 minutes doing a pre-paving exercise (Abraham Hicks), timing myself with my watch. Basically, I spent 30 seconds doing deep, slow, controlled breathing. After that, I spent 2 minutes thinking thoughts on how I want my day at work to go.
I used mainly thoughts in "word" form, no images.
I have intended for myself a highly efficient and productive day at work; finishing all my high-priority tasks; and clearing up other stuff as well.
I have intended that I shall find practical, sound, useful solutions at work.
I have intended that others shall enjoy working with me, and that I shall finish my day and leave the office at 6pm sharp.
