Today I am grateful for:
The energy exercises in 'Energy Medicine' by Donna Eden.
I've done the sequence twice today and twice yesterday and I definitely feel better than I did when I started.
They involve things like:
- boosting your meridian energy by tracing the meridian pathways,
- tapping points to boost your energy,
- making sure your energies are crossing over the body left to right and not moving straight up and down
- and zipping up your central meridian.
I think I feel a 30 day challenge coming on...
