You make it sound like there is something wrong with a girl who doesn't like being approached in this way. Just because a girl doesn't like guys who apply this sort of approach doesn't mean "the girl chooses not to have fun". Maybe this sort of behavior is just not the girl's idea of fun. Or maybe she is surrounded by "fun" people and is looking to meet people who exhibit different qualities.
