First there no need to have multiple things in a single thread. Opening a separate thread for your positive story would probably work better than having both things in the same thread.
As a result your thread is mostly negative.
Having more positive threads would be nice, but it's not something that you can simply do by creating a rule.
Leadership comes from acting a certain way.
