So ... fruit flies are a little different than ants. You can try the same tips from my article:
Ant Control: Compassionate Ways of Dealing with Ants « Laura Bruno’s Blog, but in the case of fruit flies, you also have to encourage them not to "do the dance" and multiply exponentially. They're horny little guys, so you'll need to tell them to "get a room" and then imagine some place
besides your house!
As annoying as they can be, they have a lot of fairy energy, so try to consider yourself mischievously blessed. Keep your awareness open for some extra sparkly touches in your life, thank them for opening you and send them on their merry, fruit-crazed way ... outside.
