Can you tell me in brief about the 30 day challenge ?
For the last few months, I have had three desires building up within me to the point that I can't stop thinking about them. However, I could not manage to continue on with them (memory development, vocal training/singing, bodybuilding). I have always been the 'lazy' type and with college and all, found myself neglecting them altogether.
Can you please explain to me the benefit of the 30 day challenge. Well I have a few ideas, but you seem to be a success at it. So surely you could give me a few pointers into starting AND finishing my own one.
