I'm just curious, what's the influence of the language of these CDs (if I'm correct in my understanding there's some speech in it) on their effectiveness?

I consider my english as pretty decent, but it's nowhere near my native language, so would listening to these CDs "work" just as well anyway? What if I didn't understand english at all?

I suppose some people here are not native English speakers either and tried these, did you feel it was any obstacle?

Or do they (or others) offer different languages?
