Need help with maintaining a routine
I would really like some advice on how to start and MAINTAIN a routine properly.
The last month for has been a very powerful month. Powerful because I feel more in control than ever before. It's been a month since I've quit smoking and the confidence that I draw from that extends to other areas of my life.
I have great desire for three areas of development.
1. Memory development
2. Vocal training/singing
3. Body-building
I have ample resources at my disposal for become an 'expert' in all of the above. Its easy and fun to create new routines, but maintaining a single one is the ultimate challenge. Any advice on how to follow up a 'concrete' routine would be greatly appreciated.
