I think google is being hypocritical with #4, #6, & #8.
Google censors content at the request of the government of the PRC ( People's Republic Of China ). As an example look at these two links that compare an image search about Tianammen Square done on Google America and one done in the censored version Google provides to China.

As far as lists of values go, I think the shorter the better. It is too tough to keep ten things in mind as you go about your day....at least for me.
