It's a form of 'High tech' mediation...Or supercharged meditation because it’s meant to work MANY times faster than traditional meditation. It takes you into a deep delta brainwave pattern which not even the most advanced traditional mediators can reach, using a ‘Binaural Beat’... This is supposed to lead to many gains such as emotional healing, greater peace and clarity, increased mental ability and greatly increased awareness (it puts you face-to-face with yourself and reality)... Over the course of 10 years (12 levels) you are taken down lower and lower frequencies as all of your unconscious, unresolved 'Stuff' is brought to the surface in order to be released... We all have repressed emotional issues from childhood ect and this can end up unconsciously controlling our life as we strive to keep this stuff under the surface. I see Holosync as a tool for turning the lights on. This is not always comfortable however, because in the end you will have to face your demons and it's not a 100% smooth ride but it depends on you and what you want to get out of it. The program operates on the theory of chaos (feeling like crap for a while, known in Holosync circles as overwhelm) followed by issues being resolved ('re-organisation at a higher level') but they say not everyone gets this overwhelm…
Have you tried Google? There's loads of more detailed explanations on there (Centrepointe is about 20 years old) Have you seen the website?
Welcome!... That will give you a good (though rather over-hyped) description of what Holosync is. Don‘t take what Centrepointe says on face value, they are very skilful marketers..
I could go on but you may as well read up on it...
I've been using it for about 4 months and I’ve done quite a lot of research on it so read up and let me know if you have any questions...
Here is a link to the Holosync forum I post in
http://centrepointe.yuku/directory. There’s lots of testimonials ect on the program there...
