You may be interested to google this name - Angela Bailey.

In her younger days, she was a world-class athlete. Won medals at the Commwealth Games, one medal at the Olympics etc.

Anyway she attributes her breakthrough into the "world-class" stage through the use of the Law of Attraction + hypnosis.

IM isn't merely about affecting external reality. It's also very much about affecting yourself. I believe, for example, that applying IM in the area of health & fitness can have a great impact on your motivation to go train and exercise and have fun while you're at it.

Markus will say, "Bah, humbug, of course you can just decide to go and keep fit, nothing magical about that". The point he will miss is that we all have our human weaknesses (such as laziness or the lack of discipline). And that this laziness or lack of discipline is as real, as much a part of reality, as any physical thing. It's in our heads, but it's real.

Since it's real, we can affect it with IM. Thus in the area of health & fitness, we can use IM to achieve a lot.

Anyway, on that issue, who would you trust more - Markus, or Angela Bailey?
