If it were a law that you manifested whatever you decided to manifest, it would work every time universally for everyone at 100% effect. But of course that isn't what we see. We see some total duds, near hits, and the occasional hole-in-one. I've also noted that those practicing IM longer tend to get stronger and more consistent results than others. And overall, newbies who are trying IM for the first time generally suck at it. This is the pattern you'd expect from a skill, not a law.

I think of IM as a skill of consciousness, similar to lucid dreaming. I began lucid dreaming almost 13 years ago and learned to do many things in a lucid dream, but there's also so much more I want to try. I've been deliberately practicing IM for much less time, but I absolutely love the results.
Well, I think that LoA is "The Law of Attraction", which means that you ATTRACT what you visualize and believe in into your life all the time and therefore, like the law of gravity it always works. Intention Manifestation is a skill, not a law, that uses LoA to manifest intentions. Meaning, I think the way to verbally express it is to say that we use the Law of Attraction to manifest our intentions.

If I intentionally attract "HEALTH" for 60 seconds straight, I activate the Law of Attraction to attract health to me. THat doesn't mean I manifest health, but the attraction energy has been generated and sent out. This might mean that a purchasing agent orders a book on a health topic I'm interested in at the local bookstore which I will be visiting soon, or that a friend might call me in two weeks asking if I want to start jogging with him or something like that. The energy goes out and LoA works, even though I might not be aware of what's happening "out there" and/or might not even see the effects or correlate them to my intention for "HEALTH" when the effects come.

I think LoA always works 100%, it's just that we might not necessarily be able to fully manifest everything with IM as that is a skill we need to work on.
