Ninja, I think that blood pressure is partially genetic. I have an average bp of 90 over 70. Both of my parents have low blood pressure, as do my siblings. I would encourage you to eat raw and exercise. It has worked well for me. Recently, I ran a 5k and there was a health expo after. They checked my bp and it was 78 over 60. That was the lowest it has ever been to my knowledge but I felt fine, not dizzy or lightheaded. This is normal for me. Everyone's body is different. Another thing to do is eat some sea salt and seaweed not the iodized table salt.
