It wouldn't happen. The universe is so organized that it wouldn't happen than 10 die-hard IM users try to manifest the same thing from one lotter on the same day. Besides, any die hard IM user will just say "I now have $10,000,000 in my hands." and leave it up to the universe to give it to them the easiest way. Why would die hard IM users limit themselves so much by using the lottery as the way to give them money.
Also, the universe is not stupid. It knows when you're trying to manifest what you really want versus when you're just trying to manifest something for another reason. For example in your above example if the 10 IM practitioners were actually just trying to TEST IM and prove to themselves it works, they would be better off sending out the intention "I NOW HAVE PROOF THAT IM WORKS" instead of doing this whole lottery thing. If you want proof it works, ask for proof. If you want money, ask for money. The more direct you are, the better. For example, don't say "I want to win the lottery on Wednesday with these numbers, so I can have proof that this works, so I can teach it to my friend who has cancer so that she can manifest health for herself and I don't have to face the sorrow of seeing her die." That's like an indirect manifestation leading to an indirect manifestation etc. If you want health for your friend, manifest that. If you want proof that IM works, ask for that. If you want to be able to teach IM to people, ask for that etc.
