Paul,

I'm a coach and I've a coach, and my coach has a coach.

I've worked with my coach - sayyesindex - for about 6 months now, and we're nearing the end of our coaching relationship and it was worth the time and money ten fold.

I'm planning to wirte up a detailed post on what my coach did for me but I want to wait until the formal relationship has ended first.

If you go to coachfederation.org there's a coach finding tool there that helps you narrow your coach down by keywords and criteria, it might help.

Best of luck with it,
Colm
