I try to incorporate a bit of extra walking in every day activities. For example, I go to the 4th floor restroom (by taking the stairs) instead of the one right in front of my office. I also am in the habit of being more active than most people because I'll just start walking or pacing when I'm on the phone or I'll start walking when I'm thinking. These small habits seem to keep me at a lower weight with out much effort.
Other than that when ever I get a chance I download free Yoga videos by using the freeware democracyplayer. It uses bittorrent to legally distribute free videos and vlogs to users. So I'm subscribed to
Yoga Today by using
Democracy Player. It's fun
