Dinner:
Stomach feels sick now salad:
Papaya
Avocado
Alfalfa
Plenty of honey
The papaya made this salad a bit yuck to eat. I should blend papaya next time.
Snack:
Some sheets of nori seaweed
Comments:
I felt about the same as yesterday although I couldn't fall asleep the previous night. It was probably because I was dancing a bit before sleeping. Feel way more energetic consistently than on a meat diet. Last night I slept for 11 hours.
