I will check out your book and site in the morning as it is 02.00am and I need to sleep.
I've heard that meditation is a good way to tune in to any psychic abilities we may have. However, on the 2 occasions I have tried to meditate in the past I have failed miserably. the 1st occasion I was unable to stop random thoughts and voices from entering my head. My brain is a noisy place at the best of times!! the 2nd time I merely fell asleep!!
Anyway, goodnight and I will catch up with any replies in the morning.
