Bizarre? Perhaps. Unique? Indeed. But does it work? It did for me. And it doesn't require any books to buy or special equipment--only a sledgehammer (which you probably already have) and an old sweater. If it doesn't work for you, nothing's lost.

Doing a regular shovelglove routine, paired with the
NoS diet, could be a great combination for you. The No
S diet is simple, and has very few rules:
No
sugar, no
seconds (portion control), no
snacks, except on days that begin with "
S" --
Saturdays,
Sundays, and "
Special" days (Holidays, birthdays, etc.) You're free to eat what, and how you like on "S" days.
