I am the opposite I had to put on 154lbs of muscle, and belive me this was a lot harder than loosing fat.

I exercise everyday, I eat healthier then you can believe and I do it for my work - because it is what I truly want to do in my life.

I could not live my life any other way, I'd crack.

What you are saying is "Please help me, my want isn't big enough"

Make your want bigger, imagine yourself and all the good things you can have - girls, success, money, power, freedom, fame - don't be scared - what s it that you TRULY want if you can have anything?

Then why aren't you getting it? I am, and if I can then so can you.
