Yesterday after my several hours sleep, I went to bed at 10/11 ish and then my body woke up naturally at 4:45, and I couldnt get back to sleep it was a great feeling, so after new year I am going to start the new up at 5 regime, every single day without fail (I hope), as its not polyphasic sleep Ill make a new post for it, just letting everyone know.
