Stop eating
fast food, do not drink soda (especially diet soda). Change your regular salt over to sea salt, which is all natural. Walk an hour a day and you will lose weight. Myself, I have done the first 3 and I was 213 now I weight 187 in just 3 months The hardest part was the soda. I used to drink more than 2 liters a day, not anymore. I do not walk an hour a day and that is one of my problems, walking is just too boring. I know I need exercise to keep it off or get to the next level of loss. I used to play hockey and baseball too when I was younger, but I am 47 and stopped playing, that was my exercise. Any ideas of exercise that I can do, other than walking or just going to the gym. Thanks for listening.
