No problem, I'll clarify what I mean with pleasure. I'm not talking about panic or reactive behaviour. I beleive that there are certain simple "pieces of truth". They are so simple, that many people consider them ineffective.

For example "don't worry, be happy". How often we ignore this simple truth? (myself included).

And I beleive, that it's absolutely certain and clear that you can do many good things in order to raise your vibrations. My favourite ones include:
- aromatherapy
- hot bath/shower/other water procedures (swimming in cold water for instance)
- excercising/dancing/any other physical movement
- walking to nature
- listening to calming/meditational or positive/happy music
- sitting quietly/meditating/relaxing

And the last thing I cannot recommend (it's not that clear good), but I use it sometimes: calming herbs or pills (quick and dirty, but sometimes the only thing you can do is to drug yourself).

In conclusion: the most significant lesson I learned (as I describe it here) is that raising vibration is not as "unimportant" as I thought. On the contrary, it's very important! Your vibes affect your physical reality directly!

The next experiment I'm going to do is to keep my vibrational level as high as possible. In order to massively improve my outer reality! I'm already eating raw
