For those interested I've since posted articles on my blog that go a little deeper into what I'm talking about in this thread in terms of proper diet. I've also recently posted about the decomposition of meat in the intestines, why drinking fruit juice can increase your chances of diabetes and a long article regarding the role of meditation in Buddhism - method, effects and purpose.
For those who haven't checked out this thread before you might like to look at the article on my blog - talk the talk, walk the walk - which has photos of myself playing with my complete home gym. I did this because it is important for me to show others the product of what I'm saying about diet and exercise looks like. Otherwise why would you bother listening to me?
