Well it is basically self-labeling as a set of ailments and problems and self-advertising as such. That is not only off-putting to other people. It sets you up in that it has very real effects on your self image and what you manifest in your life. It is certainly not going to lead to any increase of happiness or well-being or enjoyment. Most people who are working to actualize the positive aren't going to want to be in the same zip code with that kind of negativity.

So generally save the list of ailments for those who already know and love you and may be able and willing to help.
