The link in my signature contains a program I created that lets you specify where you are physically, your activity levels, goals, etc. and then gives you a nutritional breakdown (carbs, protein, fat, calories) that will get you to where you want to be.
After the program generates those numbers for you it will let you enter whatever foods you want (yes even raw vegan) and let you know if you are on track to reach your goals.
It can even tell you how much of each food you can eat to get to where you want to be.
