1. Relax a little

2. Don't try to be perfect. You don't have to have EVERYTHING completed now - especially if procrastination is your habit which you've trained for a long time. You need a little patience to learn something new (i.e. - how to be productive). So allow yourself to make small changes. Do one thing at a time and notice your little successes when they'll come.
