Khristine: You protect the room the same way you might protect your body. Lots of white light and I also use an incantation of sorts to let low vibrational entities know they are not welcome.
Erki: Astral entities can mess with your physical body while you're not there. I don't know how many times I came back from traveling to find a nasty entity messing with my body on the bed. So there came a point where I put a crystal shield, full of white light, around my body before I went traveling anywhere.
I was also given a sword made of pure white light (didn't know such a thing existed, was just given it by a guide or angel or something) and I would use it to dispel anything that tried to attack my energy.
