Hi all
I'm looking to go Everyman pretty soon, but I have a concern, which is that my naps may be too irregularly spread out. My sleeping pattern would look something like this;
10PM to 1Am Core sleep
5:30AM 20 minute nap
About 12:30PM/ 1:30PM (work finish time varies) 20 minute nap
5:30PM 20 minute nap
I could take an extra nap at work about 9AM, but it would be better if I could get by without it.
