If you're working out enough and still not gaining weight, then you're not eating enough. I was the same way until I met a trainer that kicked my ass around when I didn't write down my calories. I had a goal of 2300 per day and once I started recording everything I ate, I realized I was missing that goal by about 500. Once I stared recording it, I hit my mark and gained 12 lbs of muscle in 2 months. Bottom line, you're not eating enough unless you write it down.
