Oh you meet all kinds of people out there with nasty souls. Pedophiles, rapists, occultists, wife beaters. It sounds like you're a sensitive person and are repulsed by this guy and if he is one of the above thats totally natural.
The solution when dealing with someone like that is not to question what you feel and to express whats inside as positively as possible. What a lot of people do is think 'is it me' or start to fear the person and let them make their life a misery.
