An old boss of mine suggested that we get a copy of Brian Tracy's Maximum Achievement. I ran to the bookstore because the company was paying for it. I did not care about my boss or the book I just wanted to go shopping. I started reading the book because I wanted to say I had a clue what it was about when "they" asked me, I was hooked from the intro. That book was the best thing I ever brought spending company money. It started me on my PD path.
