What do we think of this?

I think that the entire concept of not leaving a job until you have another lined up is a corporate trap that began way back in the day. It is very difficult to find a new job while you are still at your current one, because your current one occupies your time and concentration. Where do you find the time to do interviews or make phone calls? Most companies don't offer those things after business hours.

On the other hand, it is highly frowned upon to be unemployed while searching for jobs. But, if we want to go from slave to taking charge of our purpose, then what do we care what they think? We are not applying to be slaves again.
