Nneka, it sounds like you're thinking of charter schools. There are some really innovative ones out there (although I don't know if there's one specifically like that), but this might help you start a search. I also bemoan the lack of financial literacy and spirituality in schools, the really important stuff isn't taught. Glad you want to do something about it.
