I know this sounds crazy, but its actually really hard to get a girlfriend if you want a girlfriend.
If you really want a girlfriend you'll tend to give off a needy vibe, get too attached too quickly, scare her off, or start visioning a future with her before you even spend real decent time with her, or even worse fall for the first girl that shows you attention, even if she is wrong for you.
A better goal is to improve your dating skills, key skills like approaching, conversation, and physical escalation. Just enjoy meeting girls, avoid putting pressure on it, and have fun, and don't try and force it, if it happens it happens.
This is why the guys who dont want a girlfriend, have 20 to pick from, and the guys who really want one have 0.
