I take a 15 minute walk downtown for lunch, pick it up, walk 15 minutes back, eat at my desk, and read my feeds and forums.

That's exercise, nutrition, reading, keeping a pulse on what's going on for my purpose work, and clearing my mind. I love it.

2 Days this week I took the 15 minute walk and went to meditation instead. Great midday pick me up.
