My forum fast was officially over a few days ago, but I haven't checked any forums since. Haven't felt like it really. So I guess this forum fast was a success.
I also think I won't be going back to many of the forums I used to post to frequently.
I have been using the web a lot more lately due to my new job, which mostly involves programing, but it has been for very specific searches to look for solutions to problem (documentation for Java, PHP, css, MySql, Ruby, Linux etc.). So there hasn't been much aimless browsing.
floramorada: Good luck with the forum/web fast. For me it was a little hard at first, but after a while I completely forgot about forums.
A good idea might be to plan something to replace your browsing habbits. So rather than sitting at home staring at a turned off computer, which will really be quite tempting, go and do something. I bought a guitar and began playing again, plus I spent more time with friends...which were both very positive.
