I use Google Reader at work because I can't access Bloglines on the job. GR has improved, but it's still a little slow for me. Bloglines lets you email individual posts within each feed with two clicks. Your feeds automatically renew every five minutes. Similar to Amazon's, "...people who bought this, also bought..." model, Bloglines reviews your feeds and makes suggestions on what other feeds you might like. Bloglnes is also free.

Google Reader will improve, but Bloglines is the straw that stirs the drink for me.
