Not posting for any reason but to say that i really enjoyed the post Erin. It's great to find out what sort of patterns emerge when you deal with that many people! It's so enlightening and something that you just don't have access to unless you do it day in day out.
knightwhosaysni, in my reading I was pegged as being a bit of both categories too. It made sense to me too. I really don't feel capable of making a huge impact now, but at the same time I have set more or less an expectation of myself that I will down the road. My whole life and all my energy is pretty much pointing in that direction.
A quote from my reading was: "you'll be more help to someone who is at Level 10 when you're Level 50, than you are when you're Level 12." I've been learning the hard way that people listen better when you set a good example than when you just kind of spout advice. This is probably because the more you go back in the past, the less capable I was of setting a good example.
