Gym : 1 hr. except on 27th August.
3) Meditation 30 min. at same time and same place. DONE
4) Creative visualization - at least 20 min. DONE
5) Daily reading of self help books/ listen audios - minimum 10 min. DONE
6) Daily self hypnosis and affirmations. 15 to 20 min. DONE
7) No drinks - tea/coffee. DONE
8) Daily improve my English - vocabulary, grammar, accent, speech DONE

SPEECH: 15 MIN. Practice.
