Only Steve can answer this specifically, but general, this is just basic speaking stuff.

Steve's just expressing ideas, so there are many ways he can express those ideas, ranging from his delivery style, the examples he uses, tone, gestures, stories, audience interaction, emphasis on different speaking areas, etc.

He probably has some sort of value model he uses to guide his speeches, or something, like what he does (did? not sure if he still uses it) for his purpose, projects, and anything else he might use values for. Since Pavlina LLC has values, I assume he still uses that model (it's ridiculously good when you see the entire model working together; took me a while to figure out how he must do everything, but man, colour me impressed; Steve's a great long-term planner, and using his specific ideas from that talent-based genius of his nets much effectiveness).

No doubt Steve has some sort of model he uses for improving speeches (whether it's external or internalised), but yeah, that should give you an idea of what he might cover. If you could see both speeches (the first one he gave and his upcoming one), you'd learn lots. That's why I'm keen to hear basically anything from Steve; even if the content is something I've heard before, often I gain new perspective on things he's already covered before and his old concepts get greater depth as I learn more about Steve as a person. (This is partly talent related, and not something that everyone will enjoy or be good at. It's partly why I understand certain concepts such as strengths and talents and Steve's concepts so well--I know it's effective to increase your "lateral" understanding, which gives "horizontal" depth to concepts. It's a non-obvious benefit that pays off massive dividends. It's like getting more content from someone for free without them having to do anything. Extremely win/win.)
