I was browsing through older posts and had to give this one a bump. This is exactly what I experience on a daily basis, but not only when I meditate. Whenever I really bring myself into present moment awareness, or do any visualization, I get the feeling of strong pressure in the third eye area. Has anybody else experienced this? Am I supposed to do something to open this chakra, or just acknowledge that it's happening and continue my meditations?
