I'm going without sugar this month, but not low-carb. I am still having fruit and fruit juice. When I have a craving for something sweet, I take a nip of fruit juice. It has just as much sugar as a soda, but at least there are vitamins. It would be better healthwise if I had a juicer and made my own fresh juices, but I am very grateful for mass-production and the opportunity to save time by using prepackaged items.
