I've had some deep breakthroughs with
Angela's coaching method. (She's a moderator on these forums) I can tell you, though - it's not easy. It has involved a lot of deep work and really facing those not-so-great parts of myself. I'm holding on to the belief that the freedom on the other side will be worth it!
The ability, too, to observe thoughts, and recognize YOU are NOT your thoughts is very beneficial. I get that through meditation, I'm sure there are other methods.
