1) Wake up at 4:00 am.

2) Daily Running, Yoga and Gym.

Running: 4 km.
Yoga: 1 hr.
Gym : 1 hr.
3) Meditation 30 min. at same time and same place.
DONE 1. Interval meditation .. Achieved Thoughtless stage for 15 seconds.
That's the big achievement for me... Sustained progress in this area, Hope to improve better.
2. zen meditation. koan = "What is your original face before you were born?"
4) Creative visualization - at least 20 min.

All visualizations manifested in to reality.
5) Daily reading of self help books/ listen audios - minimum 10 min.

8) Daily improve my English - vocabulary, grammar, accent, speech

9) Daily read 50 to 250 pages(depending upon type of material) of study book and do at least 100 to 125 lines of coding everyday.

To finish the task in hand even when it hurts: Rudra Gayatri mantra.(Sanskrit) Aum Bhur Bhuvah Swaha Aum Tadpurushaaya Vidvamahe, Mahadevaaya Dheemahi Tanno Rudra Prachodayaat.
It's so powerful that I have completed all my tasks when I chant that mantra.

Fear is necessary for the safety of the body but uncessary fear should be removed by whatever means. ....FEARLESS FOR TODAY. OVERALL DAY IS SUCCESSFUL.
