When my life was in turmoil that's when I had most of my astral experiences. Now that I am grounded in my reality a little better, I don't have as many experiences, but I never lost the lucid dreaming. I can still do that many times per week.
what I like to do now, though, is program a dream but not be lucid so I get to feel the excitement, thrill, and danger of believing in the dream that I am not safe.

Total immersion into the role as it were.
