Interesting this seems to be the case for any normal company as well. They people that have the original idea and start the company are the ones with the biggest pay cheque. Bill Gates started Microsoft have a look at him now. I you join MS today as an employee I don't think that you will get very rich except if you are in a very Senior Management Position.
If you join an established MLM today you have a higher chance to get rich and get a sizable passive income for years to come. I am saying a higher chance, reality is not many people get there. But many people are able to generate a passive income of $500 per month after being in the business for several years.
